The owners of Butterworth Te Muna Estate decided they wanted to go down a different route in selling their stunning vineyard property, rather than relying on just the wash-rinse-repeat real estate agent approach. We needed to reach a very pointy target audience with messaging and imagery that conveys Butterworth Te Muna Estate as the pinnacle of luxury life and investment.
The Butterworth Te Muna team was very much on board with us in strongly believing that a social-first, optimised real estate strategy would offer a refreshing and unique approach, and would reach a different audience. The emphasis has centered on a heightened real estate sales strategy, with flawless visuals and in-depth storytelling at the heart. A dedicated Instagram profile has been established, with regular posting showcasing the various elements of the estate’s offering, from the development, to how meticulously the property is maintained, to how a gradual transition to a contract winemaker is working. We worked in collaboration with photographer and content creator, Simon Dickey, who provided beautiful drone assets. No stone is left unturned in the telling of Butterworth Te Muna’s tale.
Constant optimisation and improvements are undertaken with paid social media strategies to strengthen online visibility and draw in potential buyers.
